We are looking for a dedicated and experienced

Supervisor

to oversee daily manufacturing operations and manage production operators. The role involves ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining quality standards, monitoring productivity, and supporting a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of production operators on the shop floor. Plan, schedule, and assign daily tasks to meet production targets. Monitor machine operations and resolve issues to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Train, guide, and motivate production staff to achieve high performance. Maintain accurate production records and prepare daily/weekly reports. Collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations. Implement continuous improvement practices to increase efficiency.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Supervisor in a production/manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of production processes and machinery. Leadership and team management skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
