Leadership & People DevelopmentExperience in a Senior-level role mentoring and guiding either Software Engineers, Data Scientists and AI Engineers Strong passion for team building, talent development, and creating collaborative environments Experience designing technical solutions and establishing project plans to accomplish technical plans Outstanding communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Technical Leadership7+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML, data science, or full stack development Experience leading teams delivering end-to-end applications Hands-on experience building solutions with generative AI technologies

Required Technical Skills
Full Stack DevelopmentExpert-level Python for data science and web development Strong React and modern JavaScript experience RESTful API development and web services Database technologies and SQL programming Docker containerization and deployment practices

AI & Cloud PlatformsCloud platforms experience (Azure preferred, AWS, GCP) Generative AI implementation and prompt engineering CI/CD pipelines and DevOps for AI/ML deployment Big data technologies (Azure Synapse, Spark, Databricks)

Data Science & AnalyticsUnderstanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling Data science libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) Business experiments design and hypothesis testing Data visualization (Power BI preferred)

Major Responsibilities
Team LeadershipLead and mentor Data Scientists and AI Engineers Act as a technical leader, developing Conduct performance reviews and create development plans Foster innovation and technical excellence culture Recruit and onboard team members

Technical Strategy & DeliveryDefine technical roadmaps for AI initiatives Oversee end-to-end AI application development Ensure integration between data science models and production systems Guide generative AI implementation and best practices

Collaboration & Project ManagementPartner with Global Data & AI teams Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams Oversee multiple concurrent projects from concept to production Implement agile methodologies for diverse project types

Innovation & TechnologyStay current with AI technologies, especially generative AI and full stack development Guide experimentation with new technologies

Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related STEM field required.
