Should have a good practical knowledge and experience in Gravity and High pressure die casting.
Key Role & Responsibilities:-
Responsible for handling Manpower in a shift.
Capable of loading a new die and start production
Should have knowledge of machine parameter setting
Responsible for Daily production output in respective shift plan Vs Actual.
Responsible for Operator safety, Quality (Rejection & PDI), OEE, and Delivery.
Responsible for fill rate and customer complaints.
Responsible for improvement in Conversion Cost.
Qualification & Experience Required:-
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in foundry(PDC/GDC).
Experience in handling automotive and non-automotive die-casting components and problem-solving.
Experience with Machines ranging from 100 to 250 tons.
Exposure to Zitai make machines
