The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, monitoring team performance, and managing reporting activities using ERP/SAP systems. The role requires strong coordination with internal departments, adherence to company policies, and timely reporting to management.
Monitor daily team activities and ensure tasks are completed as per schedule.
Allocate work and resources effectively to meet targets.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and quality standards
Manage and update data in ERP/SAP systems for production, inventory, sales, or accounts (as per industry).
Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers from ERP/SAP.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of records in the system.
Train and guide team members in ERP/SAP usage.
