We are looking for a proactive and responsible Supervisor to assist the Admin Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations at the sales site located within the developer's lobby. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between site staff, maintain administrative discipline, and support the sales and customer service teams for efficient functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Admin Manager in handling administrative tasks and overall coordination at the site.
Supervise housekeeping staff, pantry services, security, and facility management vendors.
Ensure the sales site is clean, presentable, and well-maintained at all times.
Manage visitor flow and coordinate with the reception/front desk team.
Handle petty cash, stationeries, and site-level logistics requirements.
Maintain records related to attendance, asset management, and basic compliance.
Coordinate with IT/support vendors for any technical or setup issues.
Facilitate smooth functioning of site events, walkthroughs, or customer visits.
Act as the first point of contact for escalation in the absence of the Admin Manager.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in administration, facility management, or site supervision.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Presentable, well-groomed, and professional attitude.
Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to handle multiple vendors, staff, and daily operations efficiently.
