Supervise and coordinate daily activities of service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
Assign tasks to mechanics and ensure work is completed efficiently and on time.
Motivate and train staff to maintain high service standards.
Customer Handling:
Interact with customers to understand service needs and ensure satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and provide quick resolutions.
Ensure all vehicles are serviced as per customer requests and brand standards.
Service Operations:
Monitor the workflow in the service bay and ensure proper job allocation.
Ensure quality control checks before vehicle delivery.
Oversee scheduling, work orders, and service records.
Inventory & Parts Management:
Coordinate with the parts department for required spares and materials.
Check availability and timely ordering of parts to avoid service delays.
Maintain records of consumables and tools.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and report daily service performance, productivity, and revenue.
Identify areas for improvement in operations and implement corrective actions.
Ensure all service targets (productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction) are achieved.
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce safety and cleanliness in the workshop area.
Ensure all employees follow company policies, service protocols, and safety regulations.
Conduct periodic audits of tools, equipment, and workplace standards.
Coordination with Management:
Provide daily reports to the Service Manager or higher management.
Support in planning promotions, service camps, and customer engagement activities.
Contribute to service process improvements and customer retention strategies.
