Oversee day-to-day operations across three supermarket locations.
Ensure each branch meets operational standards, including cleanliness, stocking, and customer service.
Monitor inventory management to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
Develop and implement sales strategies to improve store revenue.
Set sales targets and monitor performance across branches.
Analyze sales data and suggest improvements.
3. Staff Management & Leadership
Supervise and guide branch managers to achieve business goals.
Conduct regular meetings with store managers to review performance.
Ensure proper staffing levels and assist in hiring key personnel.
4. Customer Experience & Brand Management
Ensure all stores provide excellent customer service.
Handle escalated customer complaints or operational issues.
Maintain consistency in branding, promotions, and marketing activities.
5. Financial & Cost Control
Monitor expenses and profitability of each store.
Approve budgets and control unnecessary costs.
Ensure accurate financial reporting and cash handling practices.
