Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management: Hiring

, training, supervising, and evaluating employees, including scheduling, performance reviews, and addressing employee issues.

Inventory Management:

Overseeing product procurement, storage, displays, and sales to minimize waste and maximize profits.

Customer Service:

Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, resolving complaints, and maintaining a clean, well-organized, and visually appealing store.

Financial Management:

Monitoring sales, analyzing data, and managing budgets to meet financial goals.

Operational Management:

Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, implementing security measures, and overseeing store maintenance and repairs.

Strategic Planning:

Developing strategies to increase sales, market share, and profitability.

Collaboration:

Working with corporate representatives, suppliers, and other departments to achieve store objectives.
