Graduate/Post Graduate in Social Work / Public Administration / Management or related fieldExperience:

Overall management and supervision Implementation of government guidelines and welfare schemes Staff management, duty allocation, and performance monitoring Coordination with donors, government departments, hospitals, and stakeholders Ensuring safety, hygiene, discipline, and well-being of residents Reporting, documentation, and compliance management
