: Business Development Executive (Global Markets) Role: Senior Business Development Executive Company: Sunware Technologies Location: Chennai (Hybrid/On-site) Target Markets: US, UK, UAE, & India Experience: 4-7 Years in IT Services Sales About Sunware Technologies Sunware Technologies is a global IT implementation and consulting partner. We specialize in Neo4j (Graph Database) implementation, Cloud Architecture (AWS), and high-end Data Engineering. With a delivery center in Chennai and a global client base, we are looking for a dynamic Sales professional to drive our expansion across key international territories. The Role: We are looking for a "Full-Stack" Sales Professional. You will not be limited to one geography. Your mandate is to identify and close business opportunities across our primary markets: North America (US), UK, Middle East (UAE), and India. You must be comfortable navigating different time zones, cultural nuances, and business practices-from the fast-paced US tech sector to the relationship-first UAE market. Key Responsibilities :Global Territory Management : Develop and execute sales strategies for the US, UK, UAE, and domestic India markets. New Client Acquisition : Proactively hunt for new logos using cold calling, email automation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and networking. Solution Selling : Pitch Sunware's core competencies-Neo4j Graph Data Science, Cloud Modernization, and IT Staffing-to CIOs, CTOs, and Product Managers. Market Adaptability : Customize your sales pitch based on the region: US/UK : Focus on innovation, speed, and cost-efficiency. UAE/India : Focus on trust, face-to-face (virtual) engagement, and long-term partnership value. Pipeline & Revenue : Own a quarterly revenue target. Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads across all assigned regions. Collaboration : Work with the technical pre-sales team in Chennai to draft winning proposals (RFPs/RFIs) tailored to international standards. The "Must-Haves :Multi-Geo Experience : Proven track record of selling IT Services to at least two of our target regions (e.g., US & UK, or India & UAE). You must understand the difference in buying cycles. Shift Flexibility : Willingness to adopt a flexible schedule to overlap with US mornings (late evening IST) or UK/UAE business hours as required. Technical Fluency : Ability to speak intelligently about Cloud (AWS), Data, and Software Development life cycles. Closer Mindset : You can demonstrate specific deals you have closed from "Cold Call to Contract Signed" in international markets. Preferred Qualifications - Experience selling Niche Tech (Data/AI/Graph DB) is a huge plus. - Existing network/rolodex in the US East Coast or Dubai markets. (ref:updazz.com)
