Senior Manager/ Data Warehouse Lead

Job Summary:
- Senior Manager / Data Warehouse Lead, Commercial IT will serve as the technical SME and IT owner for Data Warehouse related IT projects for Sun Pharma Commercial & Brand business. This Mumbai based role is part of US Commercial & Brand IT that owns and supports the technology stack in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Market Research and Commercial Operations. .

- This role will focus on managing overall technical processes of Data Warehouse for US Brand and Commercial business. This technology focus role requires strong technical expertise in Data Warehousing and understating of Business Intelligence, Master Data Management and ETL skills.

- This role will transition Data Warehouse activities currently being supported by third party vendor. Strong familiarity with Pharmaceutical Commercial (Sales & Marketing) processes is required.

- This role will report to the Director, Commercial & Brand IT and help deliver overall requirements of Commercial Analytics ecosystem that includes Business Intelligence, Master Data Management and Data-Warehouse platform.

Area Of Responsibility:

- Monitor and manage data loads from various data sources into the Data Warehouse

- Manage ETL routines according to the Data Warehouse design and architecture

- Contribute in developing data modeling and ETL mapping solutions within structured Data Warehouse environment

- Support the development and validation required through the lifecycle of the Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence systems

- Maintain connectivity, and provide adequate security for Data Warehouse

- Align to the best practices for data loading and extraction processes

- Ensure that data validation process from external sources is running efficiently

- Collaborate with Reporting team (e.g. Tableau) and ensure accuracy of data in dashboards and reports

- Analyze data management processes and establish Data Governance best practices and supporting structure
