Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion. Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to effectively penetrate the market and acquire new customers. Understand customer needs, preferences, and buying patterns to provide tailored solutions and recommendations. Stay updated on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities within the FMCG fruits and vegetables industry. Monitor and analyze sales data, market feedback, and customer insights to identify areas for improvement and growth. CANDIDATE PROFILE: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and build relationships with customers. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently, manage multiple customer accounts, and prioritize tasks effectively. Flexibility to travel as needed to meet customers and attend industry events or trade shows. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and challenges.
