Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic
Customer Support Executive Intern
to join our team. You will act as the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve queries, manage communications, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails
Resolve product/service-related issues with clarity and professionalism
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
Assist with order processing and updates
Coordinate with internal teams (sales/logistics) for query resolution
Gather customer feedback to improve service delivery
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
Who Can Apply:
Pursuing or completed graduation in any field (preferably BBA, B.Com, BA)
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Basic understanding of MS Office and CRM systems
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Freshers are welcome
