About the internship

Support the People & Compensation & Benefits team in refining our Job Architecture and Career Framework, impacting core HR and compensation strategies.



Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:



1. Review and validate existing job roles.

2. Identify gaps and suggest updates to job descriptions and levels.

3. Help build a structured job catalogue and framework for FY25 reviews.

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 11th Apr'25 and 16th May'25
3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. have relevant skills and interests###

Other requirements

1. MBA students graduating in 2026 with interest in HR, org design, or strategy.
2. Structured thinkers with process documentation experience.
