About the work from home job/internship

Join our summer basic training internship and gain a comprehensive understanding of the social sector through a diverse range of tasks. This 4-week program offers hands-on experience in different departments, allowing you to develop essential skills and knowledge.

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Week 1: Fundraising - Immerse yourself in the Fundraising Department and learn the art of raising funds for a noble cause. Assist in creating fundraising campaigns, engaging with potential donors, and organizing fundraising events. Gain valuable insights into the strategies and techniques involved in effective fundraising
2. Week 2: Get a glimpse into the HR Department and learn the intricacies of talent acquisition. Take part in the recruitment process by hiring and onboarding one intern. Gain practical experience in conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and fostering employee engagement
3. Week 3: Make a positive impact on your community by participating in social work activities. Engage in activities like tree planting, feeding stray animals, or volunteering with local NGOs. Experience the joy of giving back and understand the significance of social work in creating a better society
4. Week 4: Explore the world of digital marketing and social media by promoting the social work you have accomplished
