Key Responsibilities: 1. SuiteCRM Customization: Customize and configure SuiteCRM/SugarCRM to align with our business processes and objectives. This includes creating custom modules, fields, and workflows. 2. Integration: Integrate SuiteCRM/SugarCRM with other software and systems, ensuring seamless data flow and automation. 3. Plugin and Extension Development: Develop custom plugins and extensions to enhance SuiteCRM/SugarCRM functionality and tailor it to our unique requirements. 4. Data Management: Oversee data migration, data quality, and database optimization within SuiteCRM/SugarCRM. 5. User Training: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively utilize SuiteCRM/SugarCRM. 6. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and system performance problems. 7. System Security: Monitor system status, ensure system and data security. 8. Documentation: Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation on system configurations and customizations. 9. Stay Current: Keep abreast of SuiteCRM/SugarCRMupdates and industry best practices to ensure our CRM system remains cutting-edge. 10. Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to implement new features, enhancements, and bug fixes. Required Skills and Qualifications: 1. 3+ years of professional experience in SuiteCRM/SugarCRM Developer or a similar role. 2. Proficient in SuiteCRM/SugarCRM, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery. 3. Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices. 4. Proven experience with RESTful API design, development and integration. 5. Experience with custom modules and plugin development for SuiteCRM. 6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 8. Detail-oriented and capable of working independently or as part of a team. 9. BSc/BA in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Desirable Skills: 1.Experience with other CRM systems. 2.Familiarity with web development frameworks. 3.Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools and processes. 4.Experience working with cloud technologies such as AWS.
