Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff and cooks
Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of dishes
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and order supplies when needed
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure food safety compliance (HACCP/FSSAI)
Collaborate in menu planning and recipe development
Ensure timely preparation of food during service hours
Handle special requests and manage kitchen in absence of Head Chef
Monitor food cost and minimize wastage
