We are looking for energetic and ambitious professionals who can expand our B2B network and drive bulk student enrollments through partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and training centers.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and onboard B2B partners (schools, colleges, training institutes, agencies) for bulk student enrollments.- Pitch and promote skill development courses (English Speaking, MERN Stack, Digital Marketing, etc.) to institutions.- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners to ensure continuous student flow.- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets aligned with company goals.- Represent the company professionally in client meetings, events, and seminars.- Provide feedback and ideas to enhance offerings and sales strategies.Requirements:- Graduate in any field (MBA/Marketing preferred but not mandatory).- 1-3 years of sales/business development experience (EdTech/Training/B2B preferred).- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.- Self-driven, target-oriented, and open to travel when required.
