Role OverviewWe are looking for an ambitious, result-driven Inside Sales Executive who can thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in closing sales via calls and digital channels, with strong communication and consultative selling skills.Key Responsibilities- Handle outbound & inbound calls, WhatsApp, email follow-ups, and virtual demos.- Understand client needs and recommend suitable EdTech courses or IT services.- Manage the complete sales cycle - from lead generation to closure.- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets & KPIs.- Maintain accurate records using CRM/Excel.- Collaborate with the marketing team for lead nurturing.- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.- Provide feedback to improve offerings and sales strategies.- Handle objections, negotiate deals, and ensure client satisfaction.- Participate in weekly reviews and training sessions.Requirements- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (EdTech/IT preferred).- Proven ability to influence and close deals remotely.- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.- Target-driven with a consistent track record of meeting/exceeding goals.- Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and online sales platforms.- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.- Strong presentation skills for online product/course demos.
