Job Title: Suction Equipment Operator

Department: Housekeeping / Facility Maintenance

Skills & Competencies

1. Basic mechanical skills to operate and handle cleaning equipment

2. Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning of assigned areas

3. Physical stamina for prolonged standing, walking, and manual tasks

4. Safety awareness when working with chemicals and machinery

5. Effective time management for completing cleaning schedules efficiently

6. Clear communication skills for coordination with team members

Key Responsibilities

1. Operate suction machines and other cleaning equipment to maintain cleanliness of floors and surfaces

2. Conduct basic maintenance to ensure equipment remains in proper working condition

3. Inspect assigned areas for cleanliness, safety, and proper hygiene standards

4. Report equipment malfunctions, hazards, or cleanliness concerns to supervisors

5. Follow all safety protocols, handling procedures, and company guidelines

6. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve efficient cleaning operations
