About The Job

Essential Job Functions
  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of our HR data platform through collecting, aggregating, integrating, and organizing HR data from a variety of sources.
  • Synthesize data to provide impactful insights and process improvement recommendations.
  • Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business decisions.
  • Utilizes SuccessFactors, People Analytics, Tableau and other tools for data for analysis and ensures data gets populated in the right manner and with the right cadence, frequency, and quality.
  • Frequently works with messy or incomplete data and makes decisions on how that data will be processed and maintained.
  • Maintain documentation related to datasets and ensures consistency on team with the data language, calculations, and definitions.
  • Ensures HR data users can access what they need, and that their queries' outputs are generated in a timely fashion through managing the HR Tableau, SuccessFactors reports and People Analytics.
  • Create data visualizations that use a range of functionality and data from different sources and publish it to the Tableau server.
  • Generate ad hoc reports to support various business needs and partner with other technical teams to create scalable solutions for reoccurring requests.
  • Use existing HR systems to develop and deliver ad hoc, recurring, and on-demand / self-service reports.
  • Address reporting needs for all of HR, including talent acquisition, performance management, workforce planning, training & development, employee engagement, payroll and benefits, and regulatory / compliance.
  • Peer review development work and perform recurring quality control data validation as needed.
  • Attend project related or problem-solving meetings and represent the "reporting" point of view.
  • Support new system implementations, upgrades and software releases from the reporting standpoint including making updates and testing.
  • Provide data consultation related to new or existing integration development.
  • Partner closely with HRIS and IT to build the required reports to collect, analyze and present data.
  • Builds a foundation of analytical capabilities throughout the HR organization and trains others in advanced analytic methods, as needed.
  • Recommend business process or system enhancements to improve reporting capabilities and influence system owners to incorporate changes.
  • Outline and lead HR and other function team members in data literacy, quality assurance and data management principles.
  • Having hands on knowledge of all the SuccessFactors modules including reporting tool.
  • Having certifications is added advantage.
Qualification MUST Have Mandatory Skills:
  • Minimum 8 Years of Relevant Functional Experience with SuccessFactors Functional
  • Must Have Hands on experience with SuccessFactors Analytics, People Analytics (module of SF)
  • Should have experience with any Data Visualisation & Reporting tool - Preferably Tableau
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college
  • 10+ years' experience in Human Resources with experience in HR analytics or equivalent data/demographic metrics
  • Experience in managing security and efficiency in sharing reports and data
  • Strong database management skills including the ability to merge, clean and analyze large amounts of data
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau
  • A keen interest in data and related reporting and extraction tools and a desire to learn new tools
  • Natural tendency to validate data results to ensure accuracy in reports
  • A high degree of attention to detail, strong organization skills, ability to balance multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, a passion for creating an exceptional user experience
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, People Analytics, Tableau, Business Objects, SQL, data modeling, MS Access, and/or other BI tools
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and adapt to/drive change across a dynamic business environment
  • Experience managing work streams, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalation
  • 3+ Full Life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors, from planning to configuration through go-live
  • Certification in at least one SuccessFactors module, preferably People Analytics
