Could you be the full-time Project Manager in Bangalore we're looking for?


Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and cross-functional coordination expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and results-driven teammates.



You'll play a pivotal role in managing and delivering sub-system activities that meet customer needs while achieving Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) objectives. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, R&D, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and RAMS), ensure alignment with project-level stakeholders, and contribute to risk and opportunity management.



You'll specifically take care of sub-system planning, monitoring, and reporting, but also lead teams in achieving project objectives and manage interfaces with other sub-systems and project stakeholders.



We'll look to you for:


Applying project strategies to meet contractual commitments and project targets for the sub-system. Coordinating and supporting cross-functional execution of sub-system activities and deliverables. Ensuring compliance with applicable rules, standards, and processes, including EHS, Railway Safety, and Quality. Cascading and allocating sub-system requirements and objectives to team members. Managing sub-system activities end-to-end, including scope, schedule, resources, cost, risks, and opportunities. Representing Alstom towards customers and external stakeholders when delegated.

Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience as a manager of an operational scope (minimum 2 years). Understanding of project management processes and cross-functional coordination. Familiarity with working in multi-national companies and diverse business cultures. IPMA Level D certification (or equivalent) is desirable. Knowledge of the Alstom way of working is a plus. Strong communication and coordination skills. Result-oriented mindset with the ability to synchronize multi-site/multi-disciplinary teams.
