Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop gasoline engine management systems for global projects under current and future regulations

Coordinate and plan subsystem design work (feasibility, requirements, test management, architecture, diagnostics, safety concepts)

Analyze and develop functions/features for engine management systems using statistical methods

Manage problem identification, solution derivation, change management, and risk management

Ensure ASPICE compliance and prepare subsystem design work for gate/milestone reviews

Collaborate across multi-disciplinary and multi-location teams

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering

3-8 years' experience in automotive system engineering, gasoline engine systems, or software development

Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, vehicle-level functions, testing, and emission regulations

Proficiency in tools such as IMS, Jira, Confluence, Polarian

Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?1,800,000.00 per year
