Knowledge

• Knowledge of construction methods, health and safety, and legal regulations.
• Knowledge in precast and girders

• Experience of handling major project independently as a construction Manager, Construction of Elevated metro Station
• Construction of Elevated Station, records of success in overseeing all phase of construction, experience in construction of different types of bridge including precast segmental bridge, Launching, Balance cantilever bridge, extra dose bridge, etc. Especially in metro rail projects.
• Controlling of all mucking, transportation and traffic management
• Surface settlement monitoring and 3d monitoring of structures and building along the tunnel alignment
• Architectural and main arrangement works in the Elevated stations
• Conversant with Diaphragm wall works , Piling , Strutting, Anchoring, Deep Excavation & RCC works in relevant projects
• Preparation of daily & weekly progress report
• Project Planning Management, Site construction, Materials & commercial Management
• Site & Construction Management in mobilization and planning of Tunneling (Shaft)
• Responsible for timely completion in budgeted cost and maintaining client relation
• Quality and safety during in work.
• Optimal utilization of resources.
• Planning & Execution of Project work
• Meeting with client on day to day basis regarding progress of work, attending weekly co-ordination meeting & design meeting along with our Consultant.
• Effective co-ordination with Employer, Consultant and Sub-Contractor.
• Involvement in site safety, house-keeping and environment as per contract norms.
