Job Description

:

We are seeking responsible and adaptable Substitute Teachers to provide instruction and classroom management in the absence of regular teachers. The Substitute Teacher will be expected to follow lesson plans, maintain discipline, and create a positive learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver classroom instruction as outlined in the teacher's lesson plans. Maintain classroom order, discipline, and a safe learning environment. Assist students with their work and answer questions to support learning. Supervise classroom activities, including group work and independent study. Report student progress, behavior, and any incidents to school authorities. Adapt to different classrooms, grade levels, and subject areas as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field (preferred). Prior teaching or classroom experience is an advantage. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Ability to adapt to new environments and handle different age groups. Punctual, reliable, and professional in conduct.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
