Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven

Sales Executives

to promote and sell

Fruits & Vegetables (F&V)

and

Milk Subscription Plans

for our Q-commerce platform. The role involves on-field customer acquisition, subscription sales, and relationship building to increase repeat customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell daily

F&V and Milk subscription plans

to residential societies, apartments, and individual customers. Conduct

door-to-door, kiosk, or community-based sales activities.

Generate leads through

cold calling, field visits, and local marketing campaigns.

Explain subscription benefits, pricing, and offers to potential customers. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly

sales targets and conversion goals.

Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve service and sales strategy. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure

smooth customer onboarding and delivery setup.

Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM systems.

Candidate Requirements:

Education:

10+2 / Diploma / Graduate in any stream

Experience:

6 months - 2 years in field sales / FMCG / dairy / Q-commerce preferred

Skills:

Good communication and convincing skills Customer relationship management Target-oriented mindset

Other Requirements:

Must have

own bike and valid driving license

Willing to work in the field and flexible with timings
