Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning and Preparation

Develop lesson plans and teaching materials

Design engaging and age-appropriate curriculum

Organize academic and co-curricular activities

2. Instruction and Teaching

Deliver interactive and subject-focused lessons

Use innovative teaching methodologies

Support and mentor students for academic growth

3. Classroom Management

Maintain discipline and decorum in class

Create a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment

4. Assessment and Evaluation

Evaluate student performance through tests and assignments

Provide constructive feedback and maintain progress records

5. Communication and Collaboration

Interact with parents during PTMs and regularly update on student progress

Coordinate with colleagues and participate in school activities

6. Professional Development

Attend workshops and training programs

Implement new teaching strategies and continuously improve teaching practice

Requirements:

Relevant qualifications (Bachelor's/Master's in the respective subject)

B.Ed. preferred (for academic positions)

Good command over subject and communication skills

Prior teaching experience will be an advantage
