Responsibilities

Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards. Conduct engaging and interactive classes. Prepare lesson plans and doubt-clearing sessions. Contribute to a positive and motivating learning environment. Create an inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes respect, collaboration, and engagement among students. Organise laboratory experiments and practical demonstrations to enhance theoretical understanding. Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives that enrich the educational experience. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student performance and behaviour.

Requirements

Strong subject knowledge in any of the above subjects. Passion for teaching and mentoring students. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Prior teaching/tutoring experience preferred (freshers with strong subject command may also apply). Strong knowledge of physics concepts and the ability to explain complex ideas in an accessible manner. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A commitment to fostering a positive learning environment that supports diversity and inclusion.
