We are seeking experienced RCM SMEs who can manage client discussions seamlessly and possess comprehensive knowledge across all RCM specialties.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client calls with confidence, clarity, and professionalism.

Serve as the primary RCM knowledge expert for internal teams and clients.

Provide guidance across all major RCM functions- Charge Entry, Claims, AR Follow-Up, Denials, Coding, and Payment Posting.

Support operations by reviewing processes and identifying improvement opportunities.

Support transitions, migrations, and new account onboarding from a process standpoint.

Stay updated with payer guidelines and industry changes.

Skills & Requirements

Strong end-to-end RCM domain expertise (mandatory).

Excellent communication skills, especially in handling client calls.

Experience with major RCM tools/practice management systems.
