Subject matter experts and content developers: For Pre-primary and Primary levels (till Grade 5)- Sciences Roles and Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Content development and enrichment of Print resources for teachers and children (textbooks, worksheets, assessments and lesson plans) and digital resources (PPTS )- For both Pre-primary and Primary levels \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with the graphic media team to create necessary visual aids to support the resources. \xc2\xb7 Train and support teachers of various schools in the implementation of the above resources in their respective schools. \xc2\xb7 Train teachers on pedagogy through continuous hand-holding to resolve their ongoing challenges and concerns. Desired Candidate Profile- For both Pre-primary and Primary levels \xc2\xb7 Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree from any discipline and required 3+ years of experience in teaching. \xc2\xb7 SMEs must have In-depth knowledge of the subject they specialize in. \xc2\xb7 They should be able to explain difficult concepts in a way that is easy to understand for learners must have strong writing skills to create engaging and effective learning materials. \xc2\xb7 They should be able to write clear and concise age-appropriate content that is easy to understand. \xc2\xb7 Strong research skills with innovative and creative ideas for designing and delivering teaching and learning resources. \xc2\xb7 Ability to collaborate with other team members. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work with technology with a good understanding of MS office and other e-learning platforms. \xc2\xb7 Attention to detail to ensure that the teaching and learning resources are error-free and meet the required standards.
