We are seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Growth Marketing to lead data-driven growth initiatives across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in performance marketing, experimentation, analytics, and funnel optimization, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive scalable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary expert and advisor on growth marketing strategies and best practices.
Design, execute, and optimize growth experiments across channels including paid media, SEO, content, email, social, and partnerships.
Own and improve the end-to-end growth funnel (Acquisition Activation Retention Revenue Referral).
Lead performance marketing efforts across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid channels.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar, and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Content, and Engineering teams to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and maintain growth dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
Mentor junior marketers and contribute to building scalable growth processes.
Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in growth marketing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing.
Proven track record of scaling user acquisition and revenue through data-driven strategies.
Strong expertise in A/B testing, CRO, and experimentation frameworks.
Hands-on experience with paid acquisition channels and budget optimization.
Advanced analytical skills and comfort working with large data sets.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in SaaS, B2B, or high-growth startups.
Knowledge of SQL, Python, or advanced analytics is a plus.
Exposure to product-led growth (PLG) strategies.
Experience mentoring or leading growth teams.
