Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Computer Science

Job Overview:

As a SME in Next Education, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our curriculum and assessments, leveraging your deep subject knowledge and curriculum design expertise to excel in our learning solutions. This role primarily focuses on curriculum development and teacher training across India, with extensive travel, especially in the southern region.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and refine engaging K-12 Robotics and basic electronics curriculum, including textbooks, lesson plans, and assessments. Conduct hands-on workshops and training for educators to enhance their teaching skills. Create video tutorials and provide ongoing mentorship to faculty. Stay current with industry trends to ensure cutting-edge educational offerings. Conduct workshops and training programs for educators to enhance their pedagogical skills and effectively integrate 21st-century skills in their teaching process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including curriculum developers, technology specialists, and assessment experts, to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive educational experience. Stay abreast of industry trends, educational research, and advancements to continuously enrich our offerings and maintain our position as a leader in K-12 education. Travel when needed to conduct books trainings, workshops, and demos

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics. Proficiency in Embedded Systems, Tinkercad, Scratch, Thunkable, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python. Proven experience teaching K-12 students and creating educational content. * Strong presentation skills and a commitment to continuous learning.
