Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate

Subject Matter Expert (SME)

to lead SSC and RRB exam training at our Kannur center. The ideal candidate will have strong command over

Quantitative Aptitude

and

Reasoning

, with the ability to guide and mentor aspirants toward achieving their competitive exam goals through effective teaching and academic support.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging classroom sessions and interactive doubt-clearing discussions for SSC and RRB aspirants. Design, update, and maintain high-quality study materials aligned with the latest exam syllabus and pattern. Track and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and continuous motivation. Stay updated on syllabus revisions, exam trends, and question patterns, and integrate changes into teaching modules. Contribute to academic planning, mock test design, and result analysis to enhance learning outcomes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline. Proven expertise in

Quantitative Aptitude

and

Reasoning

. Prior experience in SSC/RRB coaching or similar competitive exam training is preferred. Excellent communication, analytical, and mentoring skills with a student-focused approach.
