Primary Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or Business Analytics in MBA or B. Com / BBA with specialization in Business Analytics

Requirement gathering and documentation (BRD/FRD)

Translating business needs into functional specifications, use cases, and user stories

Workflows, and conceptual mock-ups

Product demos and internal training sessions

SME-level expertise and customer support

Collaboration with developers, QA, and cross-functional teams

Customer-centric mindset with ability to handle client queries and support issues.

Reporting and tracking project metrics

Preparing stakeholder reports and presentations

Strong learning ability and adaptability

Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify risks and opportunities

Research and analytical skills to track industry advancements and market trends

Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences

Collaboration and teamwork skills to work effectively with multiple teams

Managing multiple tasks with flexibility and a proactive approach

Should be Proactive with a Good Attitude.

Basic JavaScript knowledge for customizations

Open API, Rest API and Webhooks Integrations Knowledge.

Secondary Skills:

Proficiency with Microsoft products (Word, Access, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Self-starter with expert time and task management skills

Collaboration and teamwork skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
