Job Description

We are seeking experienced Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support our new Skill Tracks initiative. As an SME, you will bring your domain expertise to design and curate high-quality learning and assessment content. You will collaborate with a global team to ensure academic rigor, industry relevance, and learner engagement.

Responsibilities

Develop, review, and validate course and assessment content in your domain area. Curate relevant resources and design assessments aligned to learning outcomes. Provide subject matter insights for skill path development. Collaborate with instructional designers and project teams to ensure quality and accuracy. Deliver content within agreed timelines with flexibility for revisions.

Qualifications

Gen AI & Machine Learning tracks: 3-5 years of professional experience. Data, Software & Product, and IT tracks: 5-8 years of professional experience. Prior experience in assessment writing, teaching, or training. Strong skills in content curation and instructional alignment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work flexibly across time zones.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From ?30,000.00 per month
