Candidates must have minimum 2 years' experience and flair for content writing. The role involves curriculum development, innovative learning material creation, and academic quality enhancement.

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented

Subject Matter Expert (SME)

with a background in

Instructional Design or Education (B.Ed.)

to join our academic team. The SME will play a key role in

curriculum design, content creation, and quality assurance

to ensure that our learning material aligns with modern pedagogical standards and fosters curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking in learners.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop

curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, and teaching-learning materials

for K-12 and preschool segments. Create

innovative, engaging, and age-appropriate content

including worksheets, activities, projects, and assessments. Collaborate with instructional designers, teachers, and academic heads to align content with

learning outcomes and standards

. Review and enhance academic content to ensure

accuracy, clarity, and pedagogical effectiveness

. Incorporate

21st-century skills, active learning strategies, and child-centric methodologies

into curriculum design. Conduct

research on best practices, emerging trends, and global benchmarks

in education. Provide

academic training and support

to teachers for curriculum implementation.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in

Education (B.Ed.)

or

Instructional Design

, or a related discipline. Minimum

2 years of relevant experience

in curriculum design, content development, or instructional design. Strong flair for

academic writing and content creation

. Knowledge of

pedagogical approaches, assessment strategies, and curriculum frameworks

. Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to design

learner-centric materials

. Excellent communication, collaboration, and research skills.
