Role & Responsibilities

Act as

process expert

for the team Support agents with

real-time queries & escalations

Conduct

refresher training & knowledge sessions

Ensure process adherence and quality standards Work closely with TLs, QAs & Ops for performance improvement

Who Can Apply

? Minimum

1 year experience as SME in BPO

OR

?

4-5 years of overall BPO experience as Senior Support Associate

with strong process knowledge
? Excellent communication skills
? Strong understanding of voice / blended BPO processes
? Candidates eager to

build a long-term career in BPO
