Key Responsibilities

Design and develop self-paced digital courses, including :- Video lecture scripts and detailed storyboards, Presentation decks and structured learning materials, Case studies, industry examples, and applied learning activities, Assessments, quizzes, assignments, and evaluation rubrics. Ensure alignment with curriculum frameworks, learning outcomes, and Outcome-Based Education (OBE) Adapt subject matter content for asynchronous learning environments. Collaborate closely with instructional designers, multimedia teams, and LMS teams. Review content for academic accuracy, consistency, and learner engagement. Update course content periodically to reflect industry advancements and best practices. Support internal academic quality assurance and review processes.

Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, and Core Engineering Subjects

Management:

MBA, Business Analytics, Finance, Marketing, HR, Operations, Strategy, Leadership

Required Qualifications & Experience

Master's degree or PhD in Engineering or Management. 3-8+ years of relevant experience, with mandatory experience in the EdTech industry. Proven experience in developing self-paced / online / asynchronous learning content. Strong conceptual clarity and content structuring skills. Excellent written communication and academic documentation skills. Working knowledge of LMS platforms and digital learning tools.

Preferred Skills

Experience with instructional design and digital learning methodologies Understanding of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) Exposure to national and international academic standards Industry certifications or applied industry experience (preferred)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
