We are looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Civil Engineering to support the development and delivery of industry-aligned learning programs. The SME will contribute to creating and validating academic and professional content across core civil engineering areas such as structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, construction planning, surveying, and basic design concepts.
The role involves working closely with content, instructional design, and delivery teams to translate technical concepts into clear, practical, and learner-friendly modules. The SME will review course outlines, presentations, assessments, case studies, and project work to ensure technical accuracy and relevance.
The SME may also be involved in online and in-person program delivery, interacting with students to provide engaging explanations, real-world insights, and mentorship. Support for academic discussions, doubt-clearing sessions, and content updates will be an integral part of the role.
Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Civil Engineering or related specialization.
5-10 years of relevant industry or academic experience.
Strong conceptual clarity and communication skills.
Interest in teaching, training, or content development preferred.
