Job Summary

NNIIT is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support students from Classes 6 to 12. The SME will be responsible for conducting demo sessions, counselling students, aligning students to suitable learning paths, and designing customized lesson plans based on individual learning gaps. This role plays a critical part in improving student academic outcomes and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct demo classes to showcase NNIIT's teaching methodology and academic programs. Counsel students and parents to understand academic needs and recommend suitable courses. Assess students' current learning levels and identify areas where they are lagging. Design and implement personalized lesson plans based on students' strengths and weaknesses. Align students to the right curriculum and learning roadmap as per academic standards. Provide academic guidance and mentoring to ensure continuous student improvement. Coordinate with internal academic and sales teams to support enrollments and retention. Track student progress and share regular feedback with stakeholders. Maintain high standards of teaching quality and student engagement.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant subject/discipline. Strong subject knowledge for Classes 6-12 curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board preferred). Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, academic counselling, or EdTech is an advantage.

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong student counselling and interpersonal abilities. Ability to analyze learning gaps and create effective lesson plans.
