Job Description

We are looking for a highly knowledgeable and creative Subject Matter Expert cum Script Writer who specializes in government exams such as SSC, Railway, and Banking. This role requires a unique blend of subject expertise, deep research, and storytelling ability to create high-quality, exam-focused ad scripts, campaigns, and content for our marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research deeply into SSC, Railway, and Banking exams--syllabus, patterns, updates, trends, and cut-offs.

2. Stay up to date with the latest exam notifications, changes in syllabus, and student concerns.

3. Create engaging ad scripts, campaign storylines, and video scripts with an authentic exam theme.

4. Highlight student pain points (time management, vast syllabus, confusion in study material, exam stress) and position our solutions effectively.

5. Ensure accuracy, subject quality, and credibility of all content used in marketing campaigns.

6. Collaborate with the marketing, video production, and creative teams to produce impactful ads, reels, and digital content.

7. Understand student psychology, motivation triggers, and emotional connect to design powerful messaging.

8. Analyze competitor campaigns and exam prep trends to generate fresh, relevant ideas.

Requirements:

1. Strong academic knowledge of SSC, Railway, or Banking exam subjects (Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English, GK/Current Affairs).

2. Prior experience as Subject Matter Expert, Content Developer, or Script Writer in the exam prep domain.

3. Excellent storytelling and script writing skills in English and Hindi (bilingual preferred).

4. Strong research skills and ability to simplify complex exam concepts into student-friendly communication.

5. Awareness of student challenges and ability to address them in content.

6. Creative mindset with ability to connect emotions with solutions in campaigns.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing environment and deliver scripts within tight deadlines.

8. A portfolio of past scripts, ads, or education content is a strong plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
