THE POSITION: This is a new position for NAVLIN Data ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: . Attending client query via Live Chat and sharing relevant data as per their request/ resolve query raised . Working on shared inbox for queries raised by client and making sure correct and relevant information is provided within Stipulated timeframe . Strong Problem-Solving Capabilities . MS- Excel is mandate . Project management . Performing data analysis and consolidation of the data using excel . Secondary research . Competitor mapping MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required. . Experience of working on Microsoft Excel is a must. . Attention to detail . The anticipated base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $91,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).
