Role Summary:

We are seeking a

Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Physics

who will be responsible for creating high-quality academic content to support both faculty and students. This is a

non-teaching role

, focused on developing question papers, DPPs, presentations, and other learning materials aligned with

NEET, JEE, and board exam standards

. The role requires strong conceptual understanding, precision, and effective collaboration with academic teams.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

Develop question papers, worksheets, and academic support materials with zero error. Create visually engaging and pedagogically sound PowerPoint presentations tailored to different student levels. Design and update Daily Practice Problems (DPPs) based on curriculum and exam trends. Prepare slides and resources aligned with academic plans and teaching requirements.

Faculty & Student Support

Collaborate with faculty to understand material requirements and deliver accordingly. Ensure that all materials are conceptually accurate and aligned with the academic framework. Identify academic gaps and propose effective solutions to improve learning outcomes.

Compliance & Coordination

Adhere to department SOPs, internal processes, and deadlines for content delivery. Coordinate with DTP, design teams, and academic coordinators to ensure timely and high-quality output. Maintain daily/weekly work reports and track task completion status.

Quality & Research

Ensure accuracy, clarity, and structure in all academic content. Regularly review and refine existing materials based on faculty feedback and academic updates. Stay informed about syllabus revisions, exam pattern changes, and evolving student needs.

Skills & Competencies

Strong subject expertise in Physics (preferably NEET/JEE level) Excellent PPT and document preparation skills (MS PowerPoint, Word) Effective communication and coordination abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Analytical and research-oriented mindset Ability to manage tasks independently and collaboratively Strong time management and commitment to deadlines Prior experience in

EdTech or academic content development

is an advantage

Qualifications

M.Sc. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Physics or related field

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
