Responsibilities

Subject Competency in School Subjects till 12th Level as per NCERT Syllabus. Broader understanding of the Education System of the Country and NCERT/CBSE/Boards. Experience of working in the Education Sector related to Assessment & Evaluation - Test Designs/Blueprints, Question Development. Managing Stakeholders - internal & External. Good command over English both written and spoken. Proficiency in MS Office and intermediate Excel skills. Proficiency required in at least one of the below mentioned skills: Chemistry & Biology Management Quantitative Ability General Verbal Ability Post exam item analysis. Candidate objection redressal in the concerned domain. Strong orientation to details. Basic skills in data collection and management, creating and maintaining trackers. Ensuring quality Questions Bank for Assessments is developed. Question Bank Management: Structure & design Question Banks; Set quality standards item for writing & review in respective domain.
