Key Responsibilities:

o Develop, design, and curate high-quality question papers aligned with educational standards and curriculum guidelines. o Ensure variety and depth in question types -- including MCQs, short answers, long form descriptive questions, and case studies -- to assess different levels of student understanding. o Review and refine content to maintain accuracy, clarity, and relevance. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI developers, educators, and content creators to enhance learning materials. o Meet project deadlines and maintain quality standards consistently.

Qualifications & Skills:

o Bachelor's or master's degree in mathematics or a closely related field. o Proven experience in developing question papers, assessments, or academic content for schools, colleges, or educational platforms. o Strong conceptual command and problem-solving skills in Mathematics. o Basic to intermediate knowledge of computer applications and tools for content creation. o Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. o Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. o Collaborative approach to working with diverse teams across functions.
