The SME will mentor trainers, ensure market-aligned curriculum, and support scalable, learner-first outcomes through rigorous assessments and technological integration.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Development
- Design and develop structured, fact-driven content for Java Full Stack (Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, Angular/React, MySQL/PostgreSQL, etc.) and Software Engineering fundamentals.- Continuously revise training material to reflect industry advancements and real-time business needs.- Ensure content adheres learning outcomes, instructional design standards, and quality benchmarks.
Trainer Enablement & Support
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs to equip trainers with technical mastery and delivery techniques.- Assess, certify, and mentor trainers regularly to ensure high-quality learning outcomes.- Provide toolkits and delivery aids for improved session engagement and structure.- Serve as a backup trainer if required, to ensure continuity in delivery.
Assessment & Quality Assurance
- Design formative and summative assessments to challenge learners and ensure knowledge retention.- Periodically audit trainer sessions and learner feedback to ensure content relevance and trainer effectiveness.
Market Research & Feedback Integration
- Track industry and placement trends in full stack development and software engineering to keep curriculum future-ready.- Incorporate feedback from clients, learners, and internal stakeholders into content improvements.
LMS and Digital Learning
- Manage content deployment and course structure on .- Collaborate with technical teams for seamless integration of content, assessments, and certifications.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams (Instructional Designers, HR, Trainers) and external stakeholders (Clients, Placement Partners) to ensure alignment in content goals and delivery.- Support the Business Unit Heads and Center Teams with timely insights and training solutions.
Key Deliverables
- Timely development and updates of training programs based on market requirements.- Certification and consistent performance improvement of trainers.- Seamless content availability and delivery on LMS.- Consistent learner satisfaction and course effectiveness metrics.- High-quality learning audits and actionable insights for improvement.
Collaboration & Reporting
Regular collaboration with:- Lead - L&D and Head - L&D- Internal L&D Team, HR, Trainers, and Training Managers- LMS Team for content managementTimely task tracking and reporting using Asana and other internal tools.
