About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy
Subject Matter Expert (SME) - English
to join our content development team. The role involves creating engaging, high-quality educational content aligned with curriculum standards. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent written communication skills, and a creative approach to content development.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Development
Develop and review English content for various educational levels.
Ensure alignment with relevant educational boards and standards.
Regularly upload and organize content on the digital learning platform.
Quality Assurance
Review content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness in achieving learning outcomes.
Collaboration
Work closely with other subject matter experts, educators, and internal teams to improve content quality.
Requirements
Educational Qualification
Graduate or Master's degree in English Literature or a related field.
Subject Expertise
Strong understanding of English curriculum across various boards, especially Secondary and Higher Secondary levels.
Ability to relate curriculum concepts to real-world contexts.
Language Skills
Excellent written English with the ability to explain concepts clearly and concisely.
Technical Skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital tools for content creation and collaboration.
Creativity
Proven ability to develop engaging, innovative, and learner-friendly educational content.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
