The Role

We're hiring a

Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Decipher

to act as the

domain expert

on survey programming workflows.


You'll own the end-to-end survey lifecycle in

Decipher

while working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and AI teams to translate real-world research processes into

automated, scalable solutions

.

What You'll Do

Program and manage surveys end-to-end on

Decipher

, including complex logic, randomization, and advanced flows Act as the

SME for Decipher

, ensuring best practices are followed in all survey builds Test, troubleshoot, and identify usability or logic gaps in Decipher surveys Provide structured feedback to improve AI-driven automation accuracy and user experience Collaborate with product & engineering to translate survey workflows into AI tools Support customer demos by showcasing

Decipher workflows

Resolve Decipher-related support tickets and provide training when needed

What We're Looking For

Core Skills

5+ years of hands-on experience in

Decipher survey programming

Strong knowledge of

survey design, sampling, and exports

Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration

Bonus Points

Experience integrating Decipher outputs with

data processing and BI tools

Familiarity with automation and AI applications in research ops
