We are seeking a skilled and experienced OT (Operational Technology) Cyber Security Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, specifically within the OT environment. The OT Cyber Security Analyst will be responsible for protecting our critical infrastructure by identifying vulnerabilities, developing security policies, and implementing robust security measures. The role demands a deep understanding of industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, and other OT networks.

Risk Assessment and Management:
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and vulnerability analyses for OT environments.
Identify, classify, and prioritize potential threats and vulnerabilities within ICS, SCADA, and other OT systems.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Security Monitoring and Incident Response:
Monitor OT networks for suspicious activities and potential security incidents.
Respond promptly to security breaches, conduct forensic investigations, and document incidents.
Collaborate with the IT security team to ensure seamless incident response.

Security Architecture and Design:
Design and implement OT security architecture, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and guidelines for OT environments.
Recommend and implement network segmentation, access control, and intrusion detection systems.
4.
Compliance and Governance:
Ensure OT systems comply with regulatory requirements such as ISA/IEC 62443, and NIST standards.
Develop and maintain OT security policies, procedures, and documentation.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established security policies.
5.
Threat Intelligence and Analysis:
Analyse threat intelligence related to OT cybersecurity threats and proactively implement preventive measures.
Stay updated on the latest OT cybersecurity trends, threats, and vulnerabilities.
6.
Collaboration and Training:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OT security into business processes.
Provide training and awareness programs for OT personnel on cybersecurity best practices.
Act as a liaison between IT and OT teams to foster a cohesive security posture.
7.
Project Management:
Lead and manage OT security projects from inception to completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for OT security initiatives.
Skill Requirements
Extensive knowledge of industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, PLCs, and other OT networks.
Strong understanding of OT cybersecurity standards, regulations, and frameworks (NIST, ISA/IEC 62443, etc.).
Hands-on experience with OT security tools (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, Secure Remote Access, OT threat and vulnerability mgmt.) and network protocols.
Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and implementing security controls in OT environments.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience
7 to 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on OT security.
Certification
Industry certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert, or similar
