Subject Matter Expert (Assessments)
Description
We are seeking Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across multiple technical domains to work on assessment creation and review projects for our client. This is a full-time contract role where you will act as a critical extension of the client's internal team, ensuring that all assessments and learning assets are accurate, relevant, and instructionally sound.
ResponsibilitiesCreate, review, edit, and refine assessments and course content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with learning objectives.
Provide subject matter insights to address learning design questions and improve instructional quality.
Review additional learning assets such as video scripts, projects, labs, dashboards, and readings during course development.
Collaborate closely with the client in an agile fashion with quick turnaround times (sometimes within one business day).
Participate in meetings with the client and share requested source content or feedback promptly.
Conduct a final review of assessments and integrated course materials to ensure a seamless learner experience.

Machine Learning & AI: Generative AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Large Language Models, Supervised & Unsupervised Learning, Algorithms, Data Science.
IT & Systems: Network Troubleshooting, Virtualization, Linux, Operating Systems, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Systems Administration, IT Service Management, Incident Management, Help Desk Support, IT Operations.
Qualifications:Bachelor's/Master's degree in the relevant subject area or equivalent professional experience.
Prior experience in online learning content development, assessment creation, or academic review.
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
Familiarity with instructional design principles is a plus.
